Selecting them took me to the game's page, where I was again suggested to purchase the games even though I already have them. Many of those games with the padlock icon on them are still installed on my console. I then checked my library on the Playstation website and noticed that many games that I've purchased myself are not under the "purchased" section, but under the "played" section instead with a padlock icon on them. I contacted Playstation support and they suggested that I do many things including restoring licenses, uninstalling then reinstalling the game, deactivating and reactivation the console as the primary PS4, etc., but nothing seemed to work even until now. When selecting the DLC in the library, it suggested that I purchase the base game even though I already have it. The DLC was actually in the "not installed" section of my library under "purchased," which I find extremely strange because the base game is already installed on my console. When looking at the DLC itself in my PS4 library when I still had it, it said I indeed purchased the add on, but not the game itself. Yesterday, I purchased the GT4 Pack DLC for Assetto Corsa Competizione, but I could not access the content. I will preface this by saying that I already refunded this DLC.
